Terms of service

Last updated: [DATE — BEN'S TAKE NEEDED]

These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME — BEN'S TAKE NEEDED] ("CueCan", "we") for your use of cuecan.com and the CueCan MCP server. By using CueCan, you agree to them.

What CueCan is

CueCan is a workspace where you and the AI agents you connect plan videos: briefs, scripts, title and thumbnail ideas, and the assets for each video. You bring your own agent. CueCan stores your plans and lets your agent read and change them for you.

Your account

You need an account to use CueCan. Keep access to your email and passkeys secure, because they're how you sign in. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including what the agents you connect do in it.

Your content

You own what you put in CueCan, and what your agents create in it for you. You give us permission to store, process and display it only so we can run CueCan for you. You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

Connected agents

When you connect an agent like ChatGPT or Claude, it can read and change your plans in CueCan. Its provider's own terms apply to your use of it. Agents can make mistakes: check what they write before you rely on it, and disconnect any agent at any time in Settings › Security.

YouTube

If you connect a YouTube channel, CueCan reads it using the YouTube API Services, read-only. By connecting a channel, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Our privacy policy explains what we read and how we use it, and how to disconnect.

Acceptable use

Don't use CueCan to break the law, infringe others' rights, upload malware, try to get into other people's accounts or data, or overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Price

[PRICING — BEN'S TAKE NEEDED: free during early access, and how notice of paid plans will be given.]

Availability and changes

CueCan is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or stop features, and we'll give notice of significant changes where we can. Export your videos from the Script tab if you want your own copy.

Ending

You can stop using CueCan and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, CueCan isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, and our total liability is limited to [LIABILITY CAP — BEN'S TAKE NEEDED].

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — BEN'S TAKE NEEDED].

Changes to these terms
